Dubai+ is your ultimate destination for the largest digital library of local and Arabic media in the Middle East! Launched in 2011 by Dubai Media, it offers a premium, free streaming experience anytime, anywhere.
How do I create an account?
You can sign up through the dubaiplus.net or mobile app by entering your email address and completing the required registration details.
How do I sign in or out of my account?
Sign in using your registered email address and password. To sign out, go to Account Setting > Sign out.
I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Select Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How can I change my password?
To update your password: Go to Account Settings > Password Enter your current password Set a new password Select Save Changes to confirm
How can I download content?
Dubai+ allows you to create and manage up to 3 profiles per account. You can add, edit, or delete profiles under Profiles for a personalized viewing experience.
How many devices can stream at the same time?
You can stream on up to 2 devices simultaneously.
What are parental controls and how can I set them up?
Parental controls allow you to restrict what content can be viewed on a profile. To enable parental controls: Go to Profiles Select the profile you want to manage Choose Edit Profile Set Viewing Restrictions to Kids to limit the profile to children’s content only Optionally, add a PIN for added protection. How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription: Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel.
How do I Delete My account?
To permanently delete your account: Go to Account Settings > Delete Account Enter your password to confirm. Only Adult profiles can request account deletion. Account deletion is supported on Web and Mobile apps only. After submitting the request, there is a 3-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion and restore your account.

What subscription plans are available?
Dubai+ offers two subscription plans, monthly and annual.
How do I subscribe or upgrade my plan?
Log in to your account and go to Subscribe, then choose your preferred plan.
How can I cancel My Auto Renewal
To cancel auto-renewal: Go to Account Settings > Subscription Select Cancel Auto-Renewal Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?

At the moment, updating an existing payment method is not supported. To use a new payment method, you will need to: Cancel your current subscription Subscribe again using the new payment details

📺 STREAMING & PLAYBACK
How can I manage my data usage and improve my viewing experience?
Video quality automatically adjusts based on the performance of your device and the quality of your Internet connection to ensure the best viewing experience. However, you can control your consumption by manually adjusting the video quality. Start a video and select a playback quality between "High", "Medium" or "Low". Your selection will be applied to your profile.
Why is the quality of viewed content sometimes poor?
If the quality of your network is not optimal, the video quality automatically adjusts accordingly. It could also be that you manually changed the video quality, and it remained on “Low”.
How do I change video resolution?
Use the Quality Settings option in the video player menu during playback.
Why is my video not playing or freezing?
Try the following: Restart the app or refresh the webpage Check your internet connection Restart your device
Why does audio/video not sync properly?
Restart the video or clear the app cache. If the issue persists, reinstall the app.
Why do I see a “Playback Error” or “Content not available” message?
This may be caused by regional licensing restrictions or temporary technical issues.

Ensure the app is updated, restart your device, and confirm that your device is supported.

Can I record or replay live channels?
Recording is not supported. Some channels may offer catch-up availability.
What are “FAST Channels” and are they free?
FAST channels are free, ad-supported streaming channels featuring curated content.
Are there age restrictions on some content?
